This really depends on what time of year you are getting married and how much time you have before your big day (queue butterflies in the tummy!). It is best calculated around the date you have to confirm your reception numbers.
If you are getting married in a holiday season (during the Easter break, summer holiday or around Christmas) we recommend sending out save the date cards at the very least 6 months before the big day, well in advance, so your guests can book their holidays around your wedding. Then we recommend sending the official invitations 3 months before your big day to jog everyone’s memories and allow enough time to book transportation and accommodation if it is needed.
If you are having a short engagement period we recommend sending invitations about 4 months in advance.
If your engagement period is less than 4 months we recommend sending them as soon as the venue is booked!

We usually require at least 10 working days to ensure the stationery is of top quality and it gets to its destination on time, however we will do everything we can to meet your tight deadline.
Yes! If we are designing a bespoke range or you have chosen one of our house ranges, we will make all of your stationery match. Even if you've already had an invite designed we can match the rest of your stationery to that too.
We have found that parts of stationery can be grouped together and ordered at the same time.
At the Beginning Save the Date Cards: The very first part you should consider is Save the Date Cards. If your engagement period is 8 months or longer, these are a great way to ensure all your guests keep your special day free! We recommend getting these printed and sending them at the very least 6 months before, well in advance, so your guests can book their holidays and activities around your big day.
Before the Event Invitations: (Reply Cards, Directions and Additional Information Cards): If you have sent out Save the Date cards, we recommend sending Invitations about 3 months before the big day to jog everyone’s memories and allow enough time to book accommodation and transport if needed. If you haven’t, we recommend sending invitations 4-5 months in advance so your guests can book their holidays around your wedding and organise accommodation and transport.
How many Invitations: Remember it's the number of invites, not guests! Usually the number of invites works out around two thirds of the number of guests.
For the Event Order of Service, Place cards, Table Numbers/Names, Table Plan: These are in most cases left to the last minute, due to late replies and last minute changes. Please allow us at least 10 working days before your big day to get these printed and finished. If you are getting married overseas please allow us at least 10 working days before your departure date! If you are having a last minute panic about getting this section printed please do not hesitate to call, text or email us and we will help sort it all out for you.
After the Event Thank you cards: These should be printed and sent about 1 month after your wedding. If you know exactly what you would like on your cards then you can get them printed before your wedding so all you need to do is send them once you’re back from your honeymoon!

When you are happy with the price you can pay over the phone by card or visit us to pay in person if you are local to the Chichester area. We accept all the major credit and debit cards except for American Express. We also accept payment by BACS.

Yes, we use a next day courier service. However we would not send large format delicate items such as Welcome Boards and Table Plans that are mounted on foamex. Unmounted large format however can be sent in poster tubes.
