MARY-ANNE & MOSSY’S
FARMERS GUARDIAN
Bespoke Design
Mary-Ann and Mossy knew exactly what they wanted for their invites. They wanted a ‘Farmers Guardian’ style invitation, complete with miniature articles about the day and photos from different parts of their lives! We jumped at the chance to design these invitatios, what a fun idea!
We set to work creating the artwork based on a supplied issue of the Farmers Guardian. We contacted the newspaper directly to get permission to use their name on the invites and they were more than happy for us to do so! The happy couple had been keeping the date of their wedding a secret from friends and family for ages so wanted to announce the date in the main article on the front of the invite, along with a fab photo of them and their dogs! We then arranged the other various pieces of information and details of the big day into smaller articles on the front and back of the invite.
To be in keeping with their rustic farm Wedding, we printed the invitations on 100% recycled card using biodegradable inks so that the cards and the rest of their stationery were as kind to the environment as they possibly could be.
“Everyone loved our invites, we’re so pleased with them!”
A few months later they returned with an idea for their table names. They brought with them an issue of Practical Pigs Magazine and wanted each table to be names after a breed of pig! They also wanted there to be a bit of information on each table name about the breeds for their guests to read.
Congratulations to Mary-Ann & Mossy; we loved helping with their wedding and wish them the very best of luck for their future.
